Parents’ Role in the Pony Club

The Morpeth Hunt Pony Club is run by a committee of volunteers who are all  dedicated to helping your children learn to ride and look after their ponies.  We rely on your help to be able to arrange and run events for all members. We cannot do this unless ALL PARENTS help at rallies, camps etc.

Even if you can only help for a short while, eg putting up jumps, clearing away at the end of the rally, it makes the tasks so much easier if everyone helps. Thank you!

Photos

we use photographs to celebrate achievements and to highlight some of the activities that our members participate in. If you do not wish your child to be included in any photos please let us know.

PC Activities

Please note that members are not permitted to ride in hoodies at pc activities, including rallies, training or practices - this is for health & safety reasons.

Details of the dress code for branch activities can be found by clicking here.

Also, the committee have decided that all rallies must be paid for in advance & the fee is not refundable unless the organiser is informed before the closing date

- thank you for your cooperation with this
